Return of quality goods:

1. www.b3group.lt the buyer ("Buyer") shall have the right to reject the goods within 14 (fourteen) days, without giving any reason, provided that they have not been used, damaged or substantially altered in appearance, that is to say, the goods or the packaging have been subjected to only such alterations to the appearance of the goods or their packaging as are necessary to enable the inspection of the goods received. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the goods in their original packaging in good condition and return all parts of the goods. The costs of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.

2. Upon return of the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.

3. Returns can be made by contacting the B3 group store verbally or in writing. In case of a written request, it is recommended to use the written request form for the return of quality goods (PDF formatWORD format).

4. Upon receipt of the Goods and upon evaluation of their quality, the Seller shall make a refund of all or part of the price of the Goods by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank account no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the proof of shipment of the Goods to the Seller or the return of the Goods In the case of a refund of only part of the Goods, the delivery costs for these Goods shall be refunded if delivery charges were applied for the returned part. If a method of return other than that offered by the Seller has been chosen which results in disproportionate or higher costs, the Seller shall not be obliged to cover such costs of return.

5. In the normal course of business, the Seller shall transfer the refunded amounts to the bank account specified by the Buyer in any bank operating in the Republic of Lithuania.

6. The Buyer shall be liable for the loss of value of the Goods if the returned Goods or their packaging are damaged, the Goods have lost their merchantable appearance (damaged labels, protective films, etc.), the Goods have been used, the Goods are without the authentic labels, protective bags and accessories with which they were sold, the Goods are in unworn and/or non-original packaging (without the instructions and warranty card, if supplied with the Goods), the Goods are of a different composition than the one purchased by the Buyer, the Goods are not returned with any of the gifts, accessories or attachments that were given to the Buyer with the Goods. In the event of a return, a VAT invoice or a cash register receipt or other document confirming the purchase of the Goods from the Seller (e.g. a payment card statement) and the order number must be provided.

7. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, the Seller will not accept the returned goods.

8. The Buyer's right to return quality goods purchased in the online shop does not apply:

8.1. contracts for goods made to the consumer's specific instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are made in accordance with the consumer's personal choice or instruction, as well as for goods which are expressly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;

8.2. contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;

8.3. contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

8.4. contracts for goods which, after delivery, by their nature are indistinguishable from other goods

8.5. contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, other than contracts for the subscription of such publications;

9. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without stating a reason does not apply to legal persons (entrepreneurs).

Warranty:   

10. The colours of the Goods received by the Buyer and the Goods displayed in the Online Shop may differ slightly, as the colour resolution depends on the Buyer's individual computer characteristics. The images of the Goods displayed in the Online Shop may also contain additional accessories or components of the Goods which are not included in the Goods for sale (the Product's equipment is specified in the "Product Information" section of the Product's advertisement). The Goods shall be deemed to conform to the offer made if they conform to the sample, model or description provided in the Online Shop The Seller shall not be liable for the content of the Goods, such as errors in editing, translation or quality, which shall be the sole responsibility of the publisher/manufacturer of the Goods.

11. If the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the buyer may contact the nearest B3 group store or the manufacturer's authorised service centre either verbally or in writing.

12. Potentially defective Goods shall first be submitted to the Seller's after-sales service, and only if the Goods are found to be defective may the Buyer's request for defective Goods be fulfilled.

13. The manufacturer's warranty is only valid if the product is used in accordance with its operating conditions. Before using the Goods, the Buyer must carefully read the operating instructions, if any.

14. Goods not collected from the after-sales service centre and/or from the Seller and handed over for after-sales service shall be stored for 3 (three) months. This period shall start to run from the first notification to the Buyer, via the contacts indicated by the Buyer (by telephone, e-mail, etc.), that the Buyer may collect the goods returned from the after-sales service centre. If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods within the time limit, the Seller shall have the right to discontinue storage of the Goods and the Goods may be disposed of. In such case, the Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer's information remaining in the unclaimed goods and any other losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of such destruction.

15. The Seller's guarantee of quality does not limit or restrict the rights of the Buyer (consumer) under the law in the event of the purchase of a product or service of inadequate quality. Disputes concerning the quality of the goods, returns and other conditions of sale shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Conditions of Sale and Purchase and in accordance with national law.

17. You can submit requests or complaints about goods or services purchased in our online shop via the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform - http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

Goods that are defective or incomplete:

18. The Buyer wishing to complain about defective or incomplete goods may do so verbally or in writing at the B3 group store's Returns Department or by e-mail to info@sprendimaie.lt .

19. When making a complaint, the buyer must provide the following information:

19.1. the order number of the Product;

19.2. provide/identify any defect, fault or missing part of the Goods;

19.3. provide other evidence (e.g. a photograph of the Goods, a photograph of the defective area (if it is a mechanical defect and it is possible to photograph it), a photograph of the packaging of the Goods, etc.

20. When lodging a complaint, the buyer must specify how he wishes the complaint to be resolved:

20.1. the Seller shall remedy any defects in the Goods within a reasonable time without charge, if the defects can be remedied;

20.2. by replacing the Goods with similar Goods of suitable quality;

20.3. by reducing the Purchase Price accordingly if the Goods cannot be repaired or replaced, or if the Seller would incur disproportionate costs in doing so, taking into account all the circumstances, including the value of the Goods if the Goods were not defective, the significance of the defect/non-conformity of the Goods;

20.4. by refunding the price of the Goods and terminating the Contract where the Goods cannot be repaired or replaced or where the Seller would incur disproportionate costs in doing so, taking into account all the circumstances, including the value of the Goods if the Goods were not defective, and the significance of the defect/non-conformity.

21. The reply to the Buyer's claim shall be submitted to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request. In the event of a refund, the Seller shall refund the Buyer for the Goods and the delivery costs by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank account. In the event that only a part of the Goods is returned, the delivery costs shall be refunded only if the remaining Goods of the same order, when purchased alone, would have been subject to a lower rate than the rate applicable when the Goods were purchased together with the returned Goods and only to the extent of the difference in the said rates. The cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

Damaged consignment

22. Check the quality of your home delivery with the courier. If you notice any damage:

22.1. tell the courier who delivered the goods;

22.2. note on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged and complete a Packaging Damage (Inspection) Certificate with the courier;

22.3. inspect the goods inside the packaging and, if damaged, take photographs of the damage. The photographs will be needed for the return procedure;

22.4. if the packaging is intact, there is no need to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. If you accept the parcel and sign the documents, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered in good order.
